I hope this finds you and your loved ones enjoying a wonderful start to 2026.
Our year here started off by celebrating my son's 20th birthday! It never ceases to amaze me how fast time flies and it's always a good reminder that not much is better than the memories we make with loved ones.
Truth be told, the fact that I get a small part of helping others with the “backdrop” of many of their memories, their home, is a huge reason I love my profession!

Did you know the Homestead Exemption status and corresponding tax reduction on your primary residence is no longer good for the entire time you own the property? You now have to reapply every 5 years. You can call the county to find out if you need to reapply this year and if so, here is the link to the form to fill out. Reach out with any questions!
